Brillar 銀座本店・心斎橋店では、免税対応 （還付率8.5%）を行っています。

• お買い上げ金額が5,500円（税別5,000円）以上であること
• Brillar銀座本店、心斎橋店でのご購入であること
• 非居住者であり、入国から6か月未満であることが証明できるパスポートをお持ちであること

• ご来店時は必ずパスポートをご持参ください。
• オンラインストアでの購入は免税対象外です。
• 入国時に自動化ゲートをご利用され、パスポートに入国時の証印が押されていない場合は、入国日の確認ができないため免税対応ができません。
• 免税手続き後、商品受け取りまでの間に出国されると、免税対象外となります。
• 免税対応後の日本国外への配送は行っておりません。

• 受注生産品を購入される場合、滞在期間が購入日から2カ月未満の場合は免税対応の対象外となります。

• フルオーダーメイドと一部のセミオーダーは免税対応対象外となります。

• 免税対象者であっても、「事業用」「販売用」の購入は免税販売対象外となります。

• 日本人のお客様の場合、上記条件と下記いずれかが当てはまる方は免税対象となります。
  ・「帰国証印」が押されたパスポートと戸籍附票または海外在留証明書が必要です。
  ・海外で勤務をされている方
  ・2年以上滞在する目的で日本を出国し海外に滞在されている方
  ・すでに2年以上海外に滞在されている方

Brillar Co., Ltd. offers consumption tax free service (refund rate:8.5%) at Brillar Ginza Franchiser store and Brillar Shinsaibashi store. Please check the following terms and conditions.

• The purchase price must be 5,000 yen or more before tax
• Purchase is made at Brillar Ginza Franchiser store or Shinsaibashi store
• Non-Japanese citizens holding a passport must prove their term of visit in Japan is less than 6 months

• Tax-free service is not available for online store purchase
• Tax-free products can not be delivered outside of Japan
• Fully bespoke products and semi-bespoke products are not eligible for tax-free benefits
• Goods purchased for "commercial use" or "resale" purposes are not eligible for tax-free benefits
• You must leave Japan with your products within 6 months from the date of entering to get the refund
• You are not eligible to receive the refund if you leave Japan without the product purchased as tax-free
• When you enter Japan through the automated gate, you don't have an entry stamp on your passport. In this case, you won’t be able to shop tax free because the entry stamp is required to confirm your actual entry date
• If you purchase an order that is not in stock, you can only enjoy tax-free benefits after staying in Japan for more than two months from the second day of the purchase date
• Japanese-citizen customers meeting the above conditions or any of the following conditions below can enjoy Tax-free benefits.
• A passport with a "Entry seal of return" and a copy of the family register or certificate of overseas residence are required.
• Those who are working abroad.
• Those who have left Japan to stay overseas for more than 2 years.
• Those who have already stayed overseas for more than 2 years.

Brillar银座总店和心斋桥店为顾客提供免税服务（退税率为8.5%）。

• 购买金额为5,500日元（不含税5,000日元）以上。
• 必须在Brillar银座总店或心斋桥店购买。
• 非居民，并持有能证明在日本居留不足6个月的护照。

• 您必须6个月内带着该商品出国(离开日本)。
• 在网店购买的商品不属于免税对象。
• 如果您在入境时使用自动通道导致护照上没有入境印章，由于无法核实入境日期，因此无法享受免税。
• 如果您在办理免税手续后，在收到商品之前离开日本，将不能享受免税待遇。
• 享受免税的商品，将不再享受向日本以外地区发货的服务。
• 如购买订单商品(非现货)，在日居留期间需为购买日的第二天起算2个月以上才能享受免税待遇。
• 完全定制产品和部分半定制产品不能享受免税待遇。
• 为「商业用途」或「销售」目的而购买的商品，即使是免税品，也不能享受免税待遇。
• 符合上述条件的日本人顾客，并同时满足以下任何一项条件也可享受免税待遇。
• 持有盖有「回国证印」的护照，户籍副本或者海外居住证明。
  • 在日本国外工作的人。
  • 以在国外居留两年以上为目的离开日本并在国外居留的人。
  • 已经在国外居留了两年以上的人。
